Terms of service

Porteur reads sources you connect, proposes actions, and executes only the actions you have explicitly approved. It does not publish, send or submit anything on its own, and there is no setting that removes the approval step. Recommendations are judgement, not a guarantee of a result.

• An account is personal: an email address and a password, or a Google or GitHub sign-in. The number of seats allowed depends on the plan; beyond it, sharing an account or an API key is not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for what is done with them, including by the agents you connect.
• Circumventing quotas (multiple accounts, rotating addresses), bulk-extracting the base outside the exports and the MCP server provided for that purpose, or reselling the raw data is prohibited.
• An account that breaks these rules may be suspended. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

• The free check needs no card. A report — Site, Search or Growth — is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the Pricing page; a product that holds a lower tier pays the difference to go deeper. Nothing renews and there is no subscription.
• A report is delivered as a page in the account and as a document your agent reads, within minutes of the go to write it. A connector attached within seven days of purchase rewrites the report once, free. Refunds are handled by Polar.sh on request.
• Polar.sh is the merchant of record: it collects payment, applies VAT, issues invoices and handles refund requests.

You keep every right to your site, your data and anything Porteur drafts for you. You grant us only what is needed to read the sources you connect and to open the issues you keep. You are responsible for what is written to your repository once you have kept a finding, and for having the right to connect the accounts you connect.

Porteur is a tool that reads and proposes, not advice, and not an autopilot. Every action is prepared for you and executed only after you approve it, so what goes out under your name is your decision. The readings are computed from your own connected sources and from your public site; those sources can be incomplete or late, and what worked once does not guarantee the next time. The service is provided as is: we work to keep it available and accurate, without a guarantee of continuous availability. Our total liability is capped at the amounts paid over the last twelve months and excludes indirect damages and lost profits.

These terms may change. A material change is announced by email before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
